In order to remain compliant with all state and local regulations, all residents of the maternity home must qualify according to the following eligibility criteria:
- Must be at least 18 years old

Must provide proof of pregnancy

Must be drug and alcohol free (testing required)

Must have no outstanding warrants and/or pending charges

Must have no additional children in need of housing except for that of her current pregnancy

Must be willing to engage in the structured support plan of the maternity home
